The U.S. Embassy in Dhaka serves the entire country of Bangladesh. There are no other consulates in the country.

The DS-160 Form is an online non-immigrant visa application form for temporary travel to the United States.

The form is submitted electronically to the Department of State website via the internet.

Each applicant must have their own DS-160 form visa application. The form must be completed and submitted online prior to the visa interview at the U.S. Embassy.

The barcode number at the end of the form is required in order to book your visa interview.
