Meet Shaheda Ahmad
Founder & CEO
Shaheda Ahmad is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SHEC, leading the organization since its inception in 2006. Before establishing SHEC, she served as the Country Manager of Interface Group Australia, where she received extensive training in student counseling, recruitment services, and visa application procedures. With deep industry expertise, Ms. Ahmad has transformed SHEC into an award-winning education consultancy with a global footprint.
Beyond SHEC, Ms. Ahmad is the elected President of the Australian Education Agents’ Association of Bangladesh, actively working to promote Australian education among Bangladeshi students. She is committed to fostering cross-cultural exchange and upholding ethical practices in international education.
Meet Neaz Ahmed
Chief Financial Officer
With over 30 years of experience in international banking and corporate finance, Neaz Ahmed brings unparalleled financial leadership to SHEC.
Prior to his role as CFO, Mr. Ahmed served as the Chief Executive Officer of National Bank Limited and Southeast Bank Limited.
His expertise extends to corporate governance, having held Board of Director positions at esteemed institutions such as the Industrial and Infrastructure Development Finance Company and BD Venture Capital. Currently, he also serves as the Honorary Consul for New Zealand in Bangladesh, further strengthening his global connections and expertise.
Meet Md. Amanullah Nirob
Principal Counselor
A key pillar of the SHEC team, Md. Amanullah Nirob plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of the student application process.
With years of specialized experience in higher education consultancy, he has developed deep expertise in guiding students through every stage of their academic journey. Before joining SHEC, Mr. Amanullah held positions as Project Coordinator at JCM Engineering and Marketing Manager at Unilever Bangladesh, equipping him with a strategic and results-driven approach to student placement.
Meet Marzuq Noman
Director
Marzuq Noman brings a unique blend of business acumen and international experience to SHEC.
Holding an Executive MBA from North South University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Business from the University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Noman specializes in the North American and UK higher education markets, particularly Canada.
A Canadian citizen with extensive industry experience, he spent 15 years in the garments buying and manufacturing sector, working closely with North American and European clients before joining SHEC. With his expertise, SHEC is poised for strategic expansion into the world’s leading student destinations.

Anika Ishrat joined SHEC in 2019, bringing a strong academic background as a summa cum laude graduate from her alma mater.
Before joining SHEC, she gained valuable experience working in various corporate organizations. Over the past six years, Ms. Ishrat has developed deep expertise in higher education consultancy, ensuring a seamless admission process for students. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail make her an integral part of SHEC’s mission to guide students toward global academic opportunities.
